1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aortem’s software, APIs, platforms, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Refund Policy, available at: https://aortem.io/legal/refund-policy
If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
2. Services
Aortem provides software-as-a-service products, including but not limited to feature flagging, automation, QA tooling, AI-assisted services, and APIs.
Features may evolve over time. Aortem makes no guarantee that any specific feature, integration, or capability will remain available.
Sandbox or evaluation environments are provided solely for pre-purchase evaluation and do not represent paid access.
3. Accounts and Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- All activity conducted under your credentials
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Accounts may not be shared except as explicitly permitted under an enterprise agreement.
4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance, unless otherwise specified.
Fees are disclosed prior to purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or extract source code
- Bypass security or usage limits
- Use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes
- Interfere with platform integrity or availability
Aortem may investigate and take action for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by Aortem or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services during an active subscription.
7. Availability and Modifications
Services are provided on an “as-available” basis. Aortem may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without liability or obligation to refund.
8. Suspension and Termination
Aortem may suspend or terminate access for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment
- Fraudulent or abusive conduct
Upon termination, access ceases immediately. No refunds are issued.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AORTEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
- Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding twelve (12) months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
