Refund Policy

Aortem provides access to proprietary digital software services delivered on a subscription basis. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing immediate access to a digital service.
No Refunds — All Sales Final
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once access to paid Aortem Services is provisioned, we do not issue refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Perceived dissatisfaction with functionality, performance, or outcomes
- Failure to use the Services during the subscription term
- Changes to features, roadmap, or availability
- Early cancellation of an annual subscription
- Downgrades, plan changes, or organizational restructuring
This policy applies without exception.
Subscription Billing Terms
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Customers may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
Cancellation does not result in a refund of fees already paid.
Sandbox / Evaluation Environment
Aortem may provide access to a sandbox or evaluation environment prior to purchase.
- Sandbox access is provided solely for evaluation purposes
- Sandbox access does not constitute a free trial or paid subscription
- Paid access is granted only after purchase and acceptance of applicable policies
Once paid access is granted, this Refund Policy applies in full.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this Refund Policy. Aortem reserves the right to submit this policy, proof of service access, and records of customer agreement to payment processors and issuing banks.
Abusive or unauthorized disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates apply prospectively and do not affect completed transactions.
